प्रिय मित्रों जय श्रीकृष्णा, राधे राधे.....

           हम नारा लगाते है कि "पढेगी बेटी, बढेगी बेटी" किन्तु इसी मानव समाज का एक तबके के कुछ लोग ऐसे भी है कि बेटी को दूसरे घर की अमानत समझकर पालन पोषण करते हैं। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप बहुत ही कम उम्र मे पढाई छुडाकर विवाह कर देते है। और कहते है जो कुछ करना है ससुराल मे ही करना।

          किन्तु उ0प्र0 के मेरठ जनपद की एक बेटी ने परिवार की इस सोच को सिरे नकार कर पूरी लगन व जज्बे के साथ अपनी पढाई जारी रखी। सन 2004 मे स्नातक करने के बाद ही परिवार वाले उसकी शादी कर देना चाहते थे। जबकि वह अभी और भी आगे पढ लिखकर अधिकारी बनने का ख्वाब सँजोए थी।

       संजू नाम की वह बेटी अपने भविष्य को लेकर कुछ ज्यादा ही ध्यान दे रही थी, और परिवार वालो से साफ मना कर दी थी कि वह अभी शादी नही करेगी। घर वालों के ज्यादा दबाव देने पर एक दिन संजू घर छोडने का विचार बना ली। घर से दूरी बनाकर संजू सन 2013 में  सिविल सर्विस की तैयारी प्रारम्भ कर दी। पूरे सात वर्ष के बाद उसकी मेहनत रंग लायी तथा पीसीयस परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की।

  संजू की पैदाइश एक ऐसे परिवार मे हुआ था जिसमे बेटियों को शिक्षा दिलाना पसंद नही किया जाता था।संजू बताती है कि इसी विचारों के चलते उसकी बडी बहन की शादी इण्टर पास करने के बाद ही कर दी गयी थी।

      ऐसे में संजू जैसे ही इण्टर की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की तो घर वाले उसे और पढने से रोकने लगे कि लडकियों का ज्यादा पढना लिखना ठीक नही होता। इन्हे घर की चारदीवारी मे रहकर परिवार की सेवा ही तो करनी है। लेकिन संजू ने इसका विरोध करते हुए अपने लक्ष्य की तरफ बढने का प्रयास किया तो घर वालों के क्रोध को भी झेलना पडा। अंततः एक दिन उसे घर का त्याग करने का निश्चय कर लिया।

       अपने उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए उसने कभी ट्यूशन पढाकर अपना खर्च निकाला तो कभी प्राइवेट नौकरी करके खर्च निकाला। किन्तु अपने लक्ष्य की तरफ कदम दर कदम बढती रही, तैयारी रुकने नंही दी। परिणामस्वरूप संजू की मेहनत रंग लाई और वर्षो  के परिश्रम का परिणाम उसे इस कामयाबी के रूप मे मिली कि आज वह एक पीसीयस अधिकारी पद पर पहुँच गयी।

      पीसीएस परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाली संजू अब आईएएस की तैयारी कर रही हैं। संजू की इच्छा  है कि वह मेरठ में ही एक दिन कलेक्टर बनकर आए।

       संजू बताती है कि मेरी किस्मत कह रही थी कि "तुम्हे आगे बढ़ने नहीं दूँँगी" लेकिन मेरा कहना था कि "हम अपने हाथ की लकीरों को स्वयं बनाएंगे और आखिरकार मैंने अपनी मेहनत से अपनी तकदीर लिख ही दी।"

         वहीं संजू के गुरु अभिषेक शर्मा का कहना है कि -  "संजू की सफलता समाज की उस सोच की हार है जहां बेटियों को बेटों से कमतर आंका जाता है।"

            We chant the slogan "Padegi beti, badegi beti", but some people of one section of this human society are such that they take care of their daughter as a shelter of another house.  As a result, at a very young age, they get rid of their studies and get married.  And they say whatever they want to do in their in-laws' house.

           But a daughter of Uttar Pradesh's Meerut district continued her studies with complete dedication and passion, rejecting the family's thinking.  After graduating in 2004, the family wanted to marry her.  While writing still further, he had dreamed of becoming an officer.

        The daughter, named Sanju, was paying too much attention to her future, and had refused to family members that she would not marry now.  On giving more pressure to the family members, one day Sanju decided to leave the house.  Sanju started preparing for civil service in 2013 by making distance from home.  After a full seven years, his hard work paid off and he passed the PCIus exam.

   Sanju was born in a family in which daughters were not liked to teach. Sanju says that due to these thoughts, his elder sister was married only after passing the inter.

       In such a situation, as soon as Sanju passed the examination of the house, the householders stopped him from studying more that it is not right for girls to write more.  They have to serve the family by staying in the walls of the house.  But Sanju, opposing this, tried to move towards his goal, then had to bear the wrath of the family.  Finally one day he decided to abandon his home.

        In order to fulfill his purpose, he took out his expenses after studying tuition and sometimes by spending private job.  But kept progressing step by step towards her goal, the preparations were not stopped.  As a result, Sanju's hard work paid off and years of hard work resulted in her success that today she reached the position of a PCIAS officer.

       Sanju, who passed the PCS examination, is now preparing for the IAS.  Sanju wishes that he comes to Meerut one day as a collector.

        Sanju says that my luck was saying that "I will not let you move" but I said that "We will make our own hands and I finally wrote my destiny with my hard work."

          At the same time, Sanju's Guru Abhishek Sharma says that - "Sanju's success is the defeat of the society's thinking where daughters are undermined by sons."
