जल हमारे जीवन की एक महत्वपूर्ण आवश्यकता है -

        हमारे जीवन की एक महत्वपूर्ण आवश्यकता है। मुख्यमंत्री माननीय योगी आदित्यनाथ जी द्वारा भी निकट भविष्य मे हेतु जल इकट्ठा करने हेतु जल संचयन के कार्यो को सरकार की प्राथमिकता में सम्मिलित किया गया है। 

       इसी अनुक्रम में जल शक्ति मंत्री माननीय डा0 महेन्द्र सिंह द्वारा भी प्रदेश के सभी जिलों के समस्त शासकीय, अर्द्वशासकीय भवनों तथा स्कूल-कालेजों के भवनों पर अनिवार्य रूप से रूफटाप रेनवाटर हार्वेस्टिग प्रणाली की स्थापना करने हेतु के निर्देश दिए गये है।

           इस दिशा में विशेष प्रयास करते हुए शासन द्वारा भी लघु सिंचाई विभाग के अधिशाषी अभियन्ता/सहायक अभियन्ता को जिला स्तर पर रूफटाप रेनवाटर हार्वेस्टिंग प्रणाली की स्थापना कार्य की प्रगति का अनुश्रवण करने हेतु नोडल अधिकारी नामित किया जाता है।

           नोडल अधिकारियों को समयबद्व अनुश्रवण हेतु यह निर्देश दिए जाते हैं कि समस्त जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों से दिनांक 07 तथा 09 सितम्बर, 2020 को व्यक्तिगत सम्पर्क करते हुए सभी विभागों द्वारा जनपद स्तर पर अपने कार्यालय भवनों पर रूफटाप रेनवाटर हार्वेस्टिंग प्रणाली की स्थापना की प्रगति का अनुश्रवण किया जाए।

           जल संचयन को व्यापक जन सहयोग के द्वारा जन आन्दोलन का रूप दिये जाने की आवश्यकता है। अतएव इसमें सभी नागरिकों से सक्रिय सहयोग करने की अपेक्षा है। अतः सभी व्ययापारिक प्रतिष्ठानों/औद्योगिक इाकाईयों/ सरकारी व गैर सरकारी संगठनों तथा किसान भाइयों इत्यादि से अनुरोध है कि अपने-अपने कार्य क्षेत्र में रेनवाटर हार्वेस्टिंग प्रणाली की स्थापना  करते हुए जल इकट्ठा करने के कार्य को प्रभावी रूप से किए जाएं। 

         ग्रामीणांचल क्षेत्रों में महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय रोजगार गारन्टी योजना के तहत भी व्यक्तिगत एवम् सार्वजनिक जगहों पर जल संचयन हेतु अनेकानेक कार्य किए जा रहे है, जिसमें गॉव के सरकारी विद्यालयों पर रूफटाप रेनवाटर हार्वेस्टिंग प्रणाली की स्थापना तथा लाभ के इच्छुक किसानों के खेत में तालाब, रिर्चाज पिट इत्यादि कार्य सम्मिलित है। 

        जल संचयन का कार्य किसानो एवं अन्य लोगो के लिए भी बहुत ही उपयोगी होगा। जल संकट के समय यही जल उपयोग में लाकर जल संकट जैसी भयंकर समस्या से निपटा जा सकता है।

        इस हेतु खण्ड़ विकास अधिकारी (बीडियो) से सम्पर्क किया जा सकता है। जल इकट्ठा करने के कार्यो की सुलभ डिजाइन भूगर्भजल की वेबसाइट www.upgwd.gov.in एवं मनरेगा की वेबसाइट www.nrega.nic.in अथवा जनपद के भूगर्भ जल विभाग/लघु सिंचाई विभाग से ली जा सकती है। उक्त जानकारी अधिशाषी अभियन्ता लघु सिंचाई प्रखण्ड सुलतानपुर राजीव मिश्रा ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से दी है।

 Water is an important requirement of our life -

         There is an important need of our life.  Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji has also included water harvesting works to collect water for the near future.

        In the same sequence, the Minister of Water Power, Honorable Dr. Mahendra Singh has also given instructions to establish the mandatory rainwater harvesting system on all government, semi-official buildings and school-colleges buildings in all the districts of the state.

            In a special effort in this direction, the Administrative Engineer / Assistant Engineer of the minor irrigation department is also nominated by the government as the nodal officer to monitor the progress of the installation of the Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting System at the district level.

            Nodal officers are instructed to monitor the progress of the establishment of the roof rainwater harvesting system at their district buildings at the district level by all departments by making personal contact with the district magistrates of all districts on 07 and 09 September 2020.  Go

            Water harvesting needs to be given a form of mass movement through extensive public cooperation.  Therefore, it is expected that all citizens should actively cooperate.  Therefore, all business establishments / industrial units / government and non-governmental organizations and peasant brothers etc. are requested to effectively carry out the water harvesting work by installing rainwater harvesting system in their respective areas of work.

          Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Scheme, many works are also being done in rural areas for water harvesting in private and public places, including setting up of a rainwater harvesting system on government schools in villages and ponds, recharges in the fields of farmers desirous of profit.  Pit etc. work is included.

         Water harvesting work will also be very useful for farmers and other people.  In the time of water crisis, this water problem can be tackled by using this water crisis.

         For this, the Block Development Officer (BDO) can be contacted.  Accessible design of water harvesting works can be obtained from ground water website www.upgwd.gov.in and MNREGA website www.nrega.nic.in or from ground water department / minor irrigation department of the district.  The above information has been given by the Executive Engineer, Small Irrigation Division, Sultanpur Rajiv Mishra, through a press release.
